Last Spring was FANTASTIC Striper Fishing! That turned into the best "Summer" Striper I have ever heard of in South Jersey. June and July had truly great fishing and catching Stripers was actually possible thru August if you fished the night and early morning tides.

Now as we come into the 2023 Striper Season, if the weatherman is willing, I expect to see the start of the best Springl ever. I have done well during the last few years during March and April on Mullica River Schoolies and occasional keepers.  I believe that I will be 100% ready to hit the Backwater Stripers hard starting the first week of March.

I will be taking reservations immediately and I expect prime dates to be filling up fast.

If you make reservations, I will take names and phone numbers right now.  Please contact me thru Absecon Bay Sportsman Center 609-484-0409.  I expect to be on the water quite a lot so please ask for my cell phone if I am not available.   prefer voice telephone confirmation, but under current circumstances I will do everything by text if you prefer. Actually, it would be an excellent idea to confirm all trips by text when we come to an agreement. I will do my best to get a calendar of open and closed dates online and keep it current. However, that can get difficult to keep up to date so don't assume anything until I check my master calendar and confirm the date.

I have been giving a lot of thought to pricing. I do my best to give a good trip and I think my "Long Half Day" is an adequate trip for even the most avid anglers. My price is for the boat and I will keep my regular price the same as the last couple years:

Long Half Day, at least 4 hours lines in (You can figure 6 hours, dock to dock.) , 1 or 2 anglers $400, 3 anglers $450. a 4th angler usually works, but is not optimal, add $150. I do love kids and young families so I may be willing to work a little after the base price

We will have an early opening for Summer Flounder again this May and that will make for some really good possibilities for combo trips for both Stripers and Fluke.  It may be much to squeeze into my regular trips, but we can discuss this possibility later.
